Silver Lake is just a few miles down the road and has a public boat launch, perfect for kayaking/fishing. Direct TV & tons of DVDs, sorry no Wifi. The space Located on a dirt road 1.7 miles off the main road, the property is set out in woods but still only 10 mins to town Relax out on the covered deck and listen/watch the wildlife There is a brook on the property where we have seen fisher cats, blue heron and beavers There is direct access to miles of trails for ATV and snowmobilers Master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with shower Guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed Both bedrooms and the kitchen have a ceiling fan All sheets, towels and blankets are provided, with extra available should you need Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (just bring your groceries) There is a gas grill and outdoor firepit There is also a wood stove inside where you can burn a Firelog and watch the snow fall in addition to electric heat throughout Guest access You have access to the whole property with the exception of the barn that is used for owner storage Other things to note Pets are always welcome just keep in mind that the property is Not fenced in, so you may want to bring an additional rope or leash to keep them from chasing bunnies into the woods Smoking is permitted Outside Only, No smoking, vaping etc in house
