We have a four smart TVs with access to login to your favorite streaming services. Two living rooms offers an opportunity to spread out during your stay. Breen was a Master Stone Mason for Park College and you'll see his work in many of the stone retaining walls throughout Parkville! Guest access There is room for 2-3 cars to park in front of the house. Please note there are many steps to reach the entry. You will have a unique code for the foyer door and the upstairs unit. These codes will be sent to you the day prior to check in. Other things to note There are stairs to reach the main house entry and more stairs to reach the second level. While we'd love to have you stay, if stairs aren't your thing, this isn't your spot. If a more easily accessible stay is required, please check out other local listings. While we like fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay. There is a $300 deposit for the home. It is not charged to you upon booking, only reserved in the case of damage or theft. If something gets damaged or broken, please let us know and we will work with you to figure out a solution.
