Other things to note There are several dogs that live on the other side of the fence in the back yard, they do get excited and bark at times, while it doesn't seem to be excessive it does seem worth mentioning. Please understand that as a host I have no control over the neighbors or their animals. We may require a $300 fully refundable incidental fee to be paid prior to your arrival if you do not have at least three 5-Star reviews with Airbnb. After a confirmed reservation, I will send over a request for the fee, which will be held by Airbnb until you’ve checked out. It will be returned in full once the space has been observed to be left damage free and does not require excessive cleaning.
