The house is on a tidal river, with opportunities to see eagles, osprey, heron and many other birds. Easy day trips to Deer Isle, Blue Hill, Belfast, Camden and Acadia National Park. The space The main floor has an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room, an office, bedroom (with ensuite bath), powder room, and laundry room. The lower level has two bedrooms, full bath and family room. The deck and screened porch are easily accessed from the living room. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas of the house listed above and the garage. Other things to note Cellular service in rural Maine can be spotty so a phone is available for incoming calls, and for local outgoing calls.
