Location, location, location! Our home is in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk or bike ride to our private Clearwater Beach on Gardiner's Bay. We are a 10 min drive from Amagansett or East Hampton Village and just 25 min to Montauk! We have a huge kitchen, new appliances and tiled bathrooms. This is our vacation home so we keep it immaculate! We have a big private fenced in backyard with an oversized outdoor shower! We supply everything, even bikes, so all you have to do is enjoy! The space The house has 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has twin size bunk beds. The third bedroom has a beautiful queen size sleeper sofa and sliders to our backyard deck. Our kitchen is big, bright, and open with cathedral ceilings and a huge center island. We installed brand new top of the line new stainless steel appliances (5 Burner Stove, Dish Machine, and Refrigerator with ice maker). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, measuring cups, coffee maker, Nespresso expresso maker, Breville toaster oven, toaster, microwave, Nutribullet, blender, etc. We also have some basics like sugar, salt, pepper, and spices. The house has two beautifully tiled and appointed full bathrooms with sliding glass tub and shower doors. We are also connected to town water and have awesome shower pressure. We had a huge hot water heater installed and a brand new boiler so there is never an issue with heat or hot water. There is nothing like taking an outdoor shower when you get back from the beach and we have a huge over-sized custom built cedar outdoor shower! The house has all hardwood floors and a full size washer and dryer. You don't have to worry if there is a heat wave, we installed an awesome energy compliant Central AC unit that cools down the entire house very quickly. We also have super fast Wi-Fi, a 75 inch QLED TV for a theater like experience, cable TV, Fire Stick, and local telephone included in your rental. We have a beautiful fenced in private backyard perfect for outdoor games and relaxation with Adirondack Chairs and a Tiki smokeless fire pit! We have a big deck off the kitchen with a huge teak table and chairs that seat 8 and a Top of the line Weber Summit BBQ. We also supply Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, 7 bikes ( 4 adult and 3 children's/Teen), and yard games, even a giant Jenga, all for your enjoyment! There are also two Kayaks available free for your use and located waterside at our private marina! Local stores in town charge at least $100/day. We just ask that you please treat them with care and don't drag them across the rocks/sand. We also provide life preservers and paddles. We love our Hampton Hideaway and we are sure you will too!!! Also an additional full size refrigerator/freezer and chest freezer. Other things to note We have a great over-sized cedar outdoor shower! We have a beautiful Weber Summit BBQ with Rotisserie, Sear, and side burners! We have a 75 inch QLED TV in the living room that is absolutely amazing!!! We supply Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Boggie Boards, Skim Boards, Bikes, and more! We have a TIKI Smokeless Fire Pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs! We have 4 adult beach bikes and three smaller children's/Teen bikes for you use! We have a bicycle pump with built in pressure gauge in the garage so you can pump your own or our bike tires if they need air. We supply all linens and towels. We also have a laundry machine and a dryer. We are just a phone call or text away and can give you tips and recommendations on where to shop, eat, beaches, etc!!!! We also have two outdoor Ring Floodlight Cameras for security and your peace of mind. One is over the garage in the front of the house and one is on the back of the garage in the backyard.
