Located on a quiet residential street, the suite is part of our home but has its own entrance and is completely sealed off from the rest of the house. The suite is totally above ground and consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchenette and laundry facilities. You will find our suite clean, quiet, smoke free and comfortable. We are a low volume host so we can accommodate early check in or late check out with notice. We also abide by all Provincial and Municipal regulations. The space Spacious yet cozy guest suite that is entirely above ground, ie not a basement suite. Always fresh white sheets and towels. Always professionally cleaned for each guest. Laundry and kitchenette included. Smoke and pet free environment. Driveway outside the suite entrance available for easy unloading and loading. Guest access Access to the guest suite is from the back of the house. Once inside, the entire space is for you. There is a door in the living room that leads to the rest of the house but that is kept permanently locked and inaccessible from either side. Other things to note Please note that the kitchenette does not have a stove, an oven or any source of open heat for cooking. Cooking using hot plates are not allowed as there is no exhaust fan. There is a small fridge, a microwave and a kettle. Teas and instant coffee is included. Not meant for cooking a meal, only for preparing snacks and simple breakfast or for serving take out. Electric baseboard heaters are in every room with individual thermostats. Ceiling fans are also in each room. There is a flat screen television in the living room which is also connected to the internet. Access to Netflix and other online steaming services are available after you sign in to your own accounts. The tv comes with basic online channels. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind anywhere. Not just in the suite but anywhere on our property. If you smoke, please do not book our suite. You will be asked to leave if you smoke on our property. We do not allow pets as a family member has severe allergies. The suite can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests only. The suite has 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. The couch is not for sleeping. No parties allowed in the suite. Please go to one of the numerous restaurants or pubs in the neighbourhood to have that drink with your friends. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am. The suite is part of our home and we are in a very quiet residential neighbourhood meaning even loud talking will travel. We strive to provide a clean and safe environment for all our guests. You can be guaranteed that they will be no odour from smoke or pets. We keep a day before and a day after each booking empty so we are able to offer very flexible move in and move out times. Just let us know in advance. You DO NOT have to do any tidying or cleaning. Leave everything as is and we will take care of it. All we ask is for you to treat our home as if it's your home. A note regarding the new City of North Vancouver short term rental restrictions. Our suite complies with all requirements and we have applied for the newly required business license. Rest assured that our suite will be available for your booking.
