This beautiful luxury home overlooks the Shenandoah Valley and sits at the top of 60 acres at the Rolling River Holiday properties. This home was designed to welcome in the outside and create a wonderful and cheerful home environment from the comfortable indoor/outdoor seating and the gorgeous mountain and pond views! The space There are 3 bedrooms, one of the main floor off of the common area and 2 on the second floor, each with their own bathroom and wonderful views of the blue ridge mountains. There is also an additional bathroom on the main floor. We have a living room, dining room and full kitchen on the main level that open to a welcoming main level deck and fire pit. On the second floor we have another cozy living room and small kitchen between the 2 second floor bedrooms. The second floor living room also opens out to a second floor deck to enjoy the views from a higher elevation. The attic is cozy yet spacious and is a great place for a movie night or for the kids to play if they want to take a break from the outdoors! There is also a pull out couch for extra sleeping space. Additionally, there is a laundry room in the attic for guest use as well. There is private river access within 0.4 miles walking distance of the home and can also be easily accessed if driving. We also offer a few kayaks free of charge on request for the river, and tubes are also available for rent/purchase. Don't miss out on this beautiful escape! Guest access The entire home and yard is yours to enjoy. We are also only 0.3 miles from the Shenandoah River where our guests are welcome to enjoy private river access and Kayaks free of charge or Paddles boards/tubes for rent. Just inquire and we will have it ready for you to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note Access to the property includes about 1 mile of gravel road along the river. It is privately maintained. We ask our guests to please drive slowly and respect speed limit of 15 miles per hour. We allow pets with an additional fee of $25/night/pet.
