The space This home has a spacious master with a king size bed. Additional bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom in the hallway. And a third bedroom with a full-size bed and a closet with games! Beautiful kitchen equipped with all your kitchen needs!! This 1960's house has been loved for decades and recently renovated to perfection. Memories were meant to be formed here. We do have a tenant in the basement apartment area. The individual is usually working and not seen. They have their own parking and entrance to their space. They will not be in your space at all, but if you see them be sure to say hello. They are local to Madison and could give good suggestions for eating, sightseeing, etc. Guest access You can feel free to walk around the property and go down to the river. You would walk down the driveway, cross the street and enter in the farm area and the river is about 500 ft forward on your left of the white barn.
