Backyard BBQ's, campfires under the stars, bike rides to the beach, fishing at the marina, the sunset just a stroll away, reading a book on the daybed- these are all the things our guests write about in our guest book. Our quaint cottage has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen to extra quilts and on hand staff to help with vacation needs. So bring the pets and the kids, or not, and enjoy all that Door County offers right out your front door. Guest access This 950 sq foot cottage sits on a one third acre lot at the quiet south end of the village. The entire property is for you to use. The sidewalks into the village start right out front. You are in a private residential area yet all the restaurants, marina, beach, and center of the village are just a short stroll away. The back yard has a campfire pit, and patio furniture. There is plenty of parking for extra guests. There are large mature trees for shade and privacy, the back of the property is lined with many acres of forest. A little front deck is perfect for morning coffee watching the village come to life, or the flowers grow in our pretty shade garden. I live next door in a recently restored historic home, we have a shared driveway. We are on the main road, but speed limit is 30mph and cottage has enough trees and foliage for privacy and very minimal road noise. Location, charm, and available very personable customer service makes this the perfect Door County cottage getaway. Over 15 years of happy renters.
