Other things to note Our home is so inviting, we currently rent it out for stays more than 30 days. If you are looking to stay for a few months, inquire about our longer term stay discount. We would love to host you and your family & friends. Please read all the house rules and cancellation policy before reserving. All guests staying overnight at the property at any time must be listed on the reservation. A few things to keep in mind: * No parties, large gatherings or extra guests allowed. All guests staying overnight must be listed on the reservation. * Adult guests requesting to book and staying at the home must be at least age 25 at the time of booking. Valid ID will be required upon booking. * La Quinta has a noise ordinance and quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Noise levels must remain below 70 decibels at all times of day. Noise is actively monitored at the home using a noise sensor. * Nest thermostats are scheduled to cool to 78F during the day and 75F at night. * We have regular maintenance services coming to the house, including pool, pest, and gardening. Schedules are posted at the home. Schedule alteration requests by guests will not be accommodated. * Guests will be responsible for putting trash bins to the curb weekly during their stay, as well as ensuring bins are returned to side of the house for storage between collection days. Any citations for sanitation violations issued by the city of La Quinta will be charged to the guest. * If you would like to have the pool heated, there is an extra charge. Please inquire about current rates. * We can sometimes accommodate one small dog (<10 lbs) it must be pre-approved and pre-paid. The fee is non refundable for one small dog. Please inquire about the current rate. We are unable to accommodate cats or multiple dogs. Cancellation Policy: Please advise that if you decide to refund there will be a service charge of 5% for all refunds in order to cover fees, please refer to the platform and their policy for refund amounts and scheduling.
