It will fit a couple and a child comfortably. However, for three adults, it may be a bit too cozy even though we provide an extra air mattress. Guest access The guest is able to access the unit itself, the washer and dryer (garage), and the backyard (except for patio). Other things to note We have a toddler who doesn’t cry often, but in the case he does we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear any noise whatsoever. We’ll be providing earplugs on the off chance you may need it. We are also situated along the flight path and you may hear planes taking off occasionally.
