Join the growing community of RV/campsite guests who make their overnight stop at Thistle Meadow Winery! Originally the site of a popular bed & breakfast in the 1970s, this location has become a home for the winery’s winemaker and his family. We welcome you to both our 120-acre farm (check our profile - we have 2 options for RV/campsite placement!) and family-owned, 20+ years old winery. A complimentary wine tasting for two is included in this special deal. We look forward to hosting you! The space The space consists of a large, open field where you can choose any place to set up your tent or vehicle. Electrical outlets are present. The outlet on the light pole is 12 feet off of the ground. This is why we suggest placing an RV or camper here instead of a smaller tent. Two indoor half bathrooms are available during the winery’s business hours. After business hours, bathrooms are not available (feel free to use nature’s restroom - just please clean up after yourself). Beside this campsite is a soothing creek. During summer, it is a known tubing, fishing, and wading location! Also on location is a three-hole disc golf course, giant Jenga, and giant Connect 4. All materials are provided. A fire pit and wood are also provided. **Security cameras are present at the winery. They are there for the business’s protection. Please keep this in mind. Guest access Guests have access to the winery’s side of the creek (on the other side is the family home of the winery’s winemaker). If you would like to access the cow pastures and most of the 120 acres (these are marked by a fence enclosure), please ask before exploring. We would love for you to venture out! Just message or ask in person when you might be able to do this. Two half bathrooms are available during the winery’s open hours. The winery is open 7 days a week. Other things to note PETS ARE MOST WELCOME. If you choose to visit our winery to claim your complimentary tasting for 2, please keep your pets on the porch of the business. Pets are not allowed indoors. We have two winery dogs: Bandit the Collie/Lab mix and Reis the Beagle. They love meeting new people, but if you would prefer us to keep them on a leash during your stay, please let us know!
