Welcome to our beautiful sunset retreat on Lake Ontario., a licensed and inpected STR in the town of Wilson. The Niagara region has so much to offer and our home is convenient to Niagara Falls, Lewiston, Youngstown, Fort Niagara, Lockport and the Niagara Wine/Beer trail. Our peaceful cottage offers you a large treed lot with stunning views and sunsets on the water. We offer a clean, comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home perfect for couples, families, girls weekends and fishing trips. The space The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave oven, fully stocked cookware and small appliances. The spacious dining area has a workspace that includes an extra monitor. Living room has a new sectional couch that pulls out to a double+ size bed.. Each bedroom has a window air conditioner (during season) for added comfort along with ceiling fans. Please note - there is a step up to the bedroom area with a safety handle for those who need a bit of assistance. Otherwise the house is 1 story. If you choose to spend your time outside, we have a large patio with outdoor seating and dining area overlooking the lake with a Weber grill. Take in our beautiful sunsets right on the water in our comfortable Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Please note - there is no water access to the lake, but we are within walking distance to Tuscarora State Park that offers a beach, large playground, frisbee golf, boat, and kayak launch. In addition, we are within minutes to Wilson, Tuscarora, Youngstown and Lewiston boat launches and parks. Guest access Guests will have access to entire space. Other things to note This property does not have water access. In addition to the living room couch bed, we also have a comfortable king size bean bag bed, full and twin air mattresses if needed. We DO NOt have central air in the house. Each bedroom has a window air conditioner.
