This cozy, posh yet rustic cabin with loft, 3 bedrooms (4 queen beds), 2 baths in the main house. In addition, there is 1 queen & one twin pullout with full bath in a separate private cabin (available only during summer months). The space Cuddledown sheets, plenty of pillows & super comfy beds with memory foam toppers. Glorious kitchen & outdoor grilling area with stellar sunset views kept warm & cozy with a beautiful wood burning fireplace; We do provide the firewood. Watch sunsets while floating in a hot tub or grilling your fresh catch of the day. Need some privacy or extra space, enjoy the second lakeside living room in the lower level of the home. Hang from a chair lift by the lakeside firepit, dine lakeside with solar power docks & boat moorings, laugh splash & jump from the water floats & toys we provide or challenge each other with a lakeside cornhole or tetherball tournament. Boat rentals are available at Great Pond Marina. Horseback riding is available year-round with reservation; You must meet our handsome “Gronk”. The property also boasts access to many Fall & Winter activities such as hiking, Ice Fishing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Snowmobiling & More! (check out local trail maps). We do own an Ice Fishing shack & we can reserve it for your use. Ice skating & hockey rink are also available (weather/staff permitting). The private use of our Tennis, Pickleball & Basketball courts are also available to you! Centrally located: Moments from Belgrade Village & small businesses. Approx. 30-40 min. drive to Augusta, Hallowell, Brunswick( Bowdoin College ), Waterville ( Colby College, Thomas College ). Approx. 1 hour drive to Portland (UNE, Univ. S. Maine), Lewiston/Auburn ( Bates College, Lost Valley Ski Area ), Approx. a 90 min. beautiful country drive to Sugarloaf, Sunday River, Mr. Abram, Saddleback Mountain & other ski resorts, Mt. Blue State Park, Tumbledown Mountain other state parks. Approx. 2 hour drive to Mount Desert Island & Acadia National Park, Millinocket & Baxter State Park, Greenville & Moosehead Lake & much more. If you seek restaurants & live music the property is moments from Belgrade Village & all of the mentioned cities/locations offer what you seek. Please Note: We do have property management team on-site to help guests when needed. Please Note: There is a town noise curfew of 11 PM – You would be surprised how far noise & echo travels over this vast beautiful lake & landscape. Please Note: The driving & access instructions for property are important. Please Note: The property is monitored by a security system. Please Note: A portion of all rents will be donated to one of our favorite non profit organizations: SilkySato Dog Rescue-visit our website. Guest access Please use parking spots next to tennis court or in front of garage for parking, but do not block the big red truck. Loading/unloading and parking for ONE car is next to the house, through the gate. Park completely INSIDE of the fence. In summer, gate will open automatically when you pull up, and close automatically behind you. Gate is left open in winter. White security cameras are located on the main house and the garage. All are visible. Entire exterior of the property is visible from these cameras. There are indoor security cameras that can be shut off if requested. Other things to note End of the dock is shallow. DO NOT DIVE. Be careful of mussels while swimming, they can cut feet. There are water shoes in the dock boxes if needed. The floating dock is ours, but we share it with the neighbors. Paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, floats of all kinds, ice fishing shack, tetherball, spike ball, cornhole etc are all here for your enjoyment. Fourth bedroom is a mini suite/ private cabin on the other side of the property near the garage which is available Spring-Fall. See pictures for more info.
