Offering my beautiful home that has four bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms. Home is only 3 miles away from Grayson High School, less than a mile from Gwinnett County Police Department. This home is the perfect stay for work and relaxation. Your safety and comfort is important to me and I hope you value cleanliness as much as I do. 1.5 bathrooms will be shared by all guests while staying at this cozy and stylish home. There's a breakfast table that sits four. The pool/ping pong table also doubles as a dining table that sits up to eight. There's a PlayStation (PS4) and XBOX video game consoles in living room 2 with a few games for your enjoyment. There's a fully equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer and an ironing board for your use. We clean our bathrooms, linens, and towels for guests to use each stay. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house - Parking on the driveway is first come first serve. If parking is not available please park on the street. It is a safe neighborhood Guest access Living rooms, laundry rooms, game room , breakfast area and kitchen. Please respect the privacy of other guests by staying out of their bedrooms.
