The space You will enjoy a fully equipped standalone luxury Villa with all the modern amenities including a full kitchen. The owners (2 people only) also live on the property in their own separate villa and are available to provide guidance and tips about Chiang Mai - activities, transport, sightseeing, in-house massage services, restaurants, coffee shops. ..and much more. While the pool and hot tub facilities are shared with us, you will generally have them to yourself. We also provide free coffee using an Italian espresso machine and either Thai arabica beans or imported Swiss coffee beans. The Villa has one bedroom with a king sized bed and an ensuite Balinese style outdoor shower and bathroom. There is also a loft where 2 people can comfortably sleep on single latex mattresses (or 1 king latex mattress) in an open plan . There is a second fully equipped ensuite outdoor bathroom with shower. The kitchen, with Miele/Franke appliances, is available for light cooking. Within 2 minutes walk there are 2 restaurants/coffee shops open 7am to 7pm We provide free laundry service (wash, dry, iron) on demand, cleaning and changing of the bed sheets/towels every 3 days. You will also have use of a gym with a Vectra home gym and free weights Other things to note You will have your own key to the door at the entrance of the property to come and go as you please. If you have your own car we will give you a remote to open/close the electric gate for cars. Be assured that we take the cleaning of our Airbnb unit very seriously. Our 3 cleaning staff are employed directly by me and trained directly by me - quality control!! Together they have a combined 22 years experience with me - therefore the cleaning quality does not suffer from staff turnover or poor training. My staff also clean my own personal house and we are quite exacting about cleanliness from top to bottom. Our accommodation is designed for easy cleaning - no carpets! Only wood floors or tile/granite floors with minimal clutter. Our AC units are cleaned every year. Our air purifiers are cleaned regularly.
