Neighbouring the Mount, Papamoa has an abundance of activities including many wonderful eateries, cafes, events, and shopping, all within walking distance. The house is a hop across the road to the beach and a short drive to the Mount. This newly renovated home is clean, tidy and gets a lot of sun. It is the perfect place for evenings on the deck, family games or a relaxing getaway. The space There is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge which opens up to a deck with views of the dunes. Upstairs is bedroom 1 with a queen bed, and bedroom 3 with one single bed. Downstairs is bedroom 2 with one double bed. This allows up to 5 guests. Guest access This a full home available. You will be able to access the main living/dining, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a toilet. Garage/laundry is not available. The property is shared with our tenants who live in a separate dwelling. Other things to note The driveway is shared with tenants who live in a separate unit on the same property. We ask any guests to be respectful of their privacy and make sure they are following the house rules in regard to parties and smoking.
