This 1800's cottage is walking distance to Pepperrell Cove and the town pier, with sweeping views of the harbor. It is also centrally located to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Please note, however, the cozy cottage has small rooms and low ceilings—tall and large humans may not appreciate this feature! Colorful history of being an ice cream shop, basket weaver's shop, and local fisherman's market back when there there was a trolley running up and down Kittery Point’s Pepperrell Rd. The space This is a small, cozy cottage with private bedroom (double-sized bed), living room, very small bathroom, kitchenette with essentials for light meals, breakfast table, and a back porch for naps or extra guest. The backyard is all nature and very private whereas the front is a busy summer road with views of Pepperrell Cove across the street. A popular road for walkers, bike riders, and Sunday drivers. Much quieter in winter. Sorry, we can't allow pets. Please note: the cottage has small rooms and low ceilings—tall and large humans may not appreciate this feature! Also, parking is limited to 2 cars and max 16' length because there is a sidewalk that can't be blocked. Guest access This is a stand-alone cottage with no shared spaces other than the back yard, if you'd like to use it for storing a kayak, bicycle, etc. We have a mini bbq that you are welcome to use, just let us know. Other things to note Parking allows for 2 standard-sized cars, no large pick-up trucks please. The driveway is only 16' long, 18' wide, and we can't block the sidewalk.
