Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, including the driveway and yard. Enjoy direct access to the beachfront, perfect for relaxation, leisure, and sand castles. Additionally, a boat slip is available upon prior arrangement, allowing renters to indulge in a lake adventure. Please inform us in advance if you'd like to utilize the boat slip during your stay. Other things to note Additional Information for Guests: -Two-Night Minimum: A two-night minimum stay is required year-round. Please note that during peak summer months, longer minimum stays may apply. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. -Parking: We kindly request our guests to limit the number of cars to a maximum of six during their stay. You may park two vehicles on the lawn and tightly fit up to four cars on the driveway. -Hot Tub Access: We offer a cozy four-person hot tub for your enjoyment. While we don't actively advertise it as an amenity due to its occasional temperature maintenance challenges, consider it a delightful 'bonus item.'
