You'll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Just an hour from each of the best Catskills ski spots: Hunter, Windham, Belleayre. Nearby Minnewaska State Park has some of the most spectacular views in New York, and there are more mountain bike trails than you can count. The famous Mohonk Mountain House is right up the road. The "Gunks", Wine tours and rail trails are all just MINUTES away. Pool table, ping pong table and fire pit all await! The space Enter into the open Living Room/Dining Room offering plenty of seating and full views of the woods to the back of the house. The primary bedroom suite is on one end of the house with a king size bed, a laptop work desk and a large private bathroom. At the other end of the house are a queen bedroom, a double twin room and a full bath. Downstairs is the unfinished basement great for playing games. There's walkout access to the back patio and deck, which is also available from the dining room. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house, including the main floor, primary bedroom suite, open concept kitchen/living room/dining room, and two bedrooms and bathroom at the other end of the house. The laundry room is on the main floor as well. Downstairs is the unfinished basement featuring a pool table and ping pong table, along with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Outside you'll find a deck off the dining room with steps down to the patio. Both offer great views of the wooded acres behind the house. The curved driveway gives you easy access to the road and space for two to three cars to park. Other things to note The only space not available to guests is the unfinished attic. But stay tuned!
