Additionally, please note that the separate three-car garage on the property is not included as part of the rental agreement. Other things to note Our property is located on a long dirt road (3-7 miles depending on which direction you are coming from) with a private dirt driveway. If visiting in winter or early spring a four wheel drive will be required.
