Please inquire with us, if interested. Guest access The backyard and bouldered fire pit are shared w/guests who stay at our larger 3-bedroom cottage also on the property. Owners live in the tiny fisherman's shack on the property as well as living 5 houses down at another home called EAGLE’S LANDING. One car only at THE TINY HOUSE at SEAL HOUSE ***Owners have exclusive access to the basement which has a separate entrance in the back of the 3-bedroom cottage. Other things to note ***THE TINY HOUSE does not have air-conditioning. We have 18-screened windows plus a screened front door. ***THE TINY HOUSE does NOT have blackout blinds and the sun in the morning during the summer starts getting bright at approximately 5a.m. We provide eye masks if desired. ***The full-size Murphy Bed when pulled down is flush to the wall on one side so the guest who sleeps on the inside will have to crawl over the bed to go to the bathroom. ***No outside guests permitted on the property without owners permission. ***THE TINY HOUSE at SEAL HOUSE is not child-proof and not suitable for children under 10 years old. Infants are welcomed as long as parents are aware of non-child-proof home, deck and fire pit. ***No illegal drug use or under-age drinking. ***Use of fire pit is at your own risk. ***No commercial filming without prior permission
