The spacious living room features a 58”+ smart TV with local cable, while the open-concept dining area comfortably seats six. A dedicated work area includes a 22” computer monitor with internet speeds of 100 Mbps, and is compatible with both HDMI and VGA connections. The kitchen boasts a Samsung gas range, microwave, electric kettle, toaster oven, coffee maker, and a side-by-side Samsung refrigerator, making it perfect for preparing meals. Ideal for families with kids, remote workers, or individuals seeking a peaceful getaway, each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom. The fenced, private backyard offers a serene space to unwind, complete with tables and chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Guest access • Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home. The property manager will be present to check in each guest. For liability reasons, please disclose the full list of individuals staying in the home. • Laundry Room Access: The laundry room is available for stays of 7 days or longer aside from the starter toiletries received. For shorter stays, the laundry room will be inaccessible. • Community Amenities: Guests also have access to the community clubhouse, which includes a pool, gym, table tennis, basketball courts, and a green area. The beach across the street is secluded and does not have a lifeguard. • Longer Stays: For stays longer than a week, guests are responsible for purchasing their own supplies as needed. • Gym Access Instructions: 1. Go to the security post and identify yourself. 2. The Security Officer will verify your registration as an Airbnb guest. 3. The Security Officer will accompany you to the gym and open the door for you. • Transportation: Please note that any transportation recommendations are not affiliated with your stay and are provided separately. We only offer driver recommendations, not booking services. • Additional Charges: If the home is left excessively messy or if smoking occurs inside the house, additional charges will apply. A $90 USD cleaning fee will be charged for a messy house, and a $600 USD fee will be applied for smoking, as the house will require deep cleaning (including couch shampooing, curtain washing, mattress steaming, and rug cleaning). Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the veranda or under the gazebo, which is equipped with a table, six (6) chairs, and a lounge chair for comfort.
