Utilized every ounce of space (not large but perfect for a family) and Quechee Club location is the best. Walk everywhere. 36 holes of golf ⛳️ outside your back door, tennis courts galore, fitness room and pools @ Club or one tennis court right out the front door, Lake Pinneo or golf all within easy walking distance. Guest access Great townhouse like condo. Perfect back porch to barbecue (new Weber gas grill), enjoy the sun or views of the golf course or ski hill or just stargaze at the big sky at night. Walk to the Quechee Club or a Murphy Farm and if a bit ambitious a mile to Simon Pearce. Other things to note This is truly our second home. We ask anyone that stays to treat it as their own. We just had it completely repainted and hope to replace the carpet later this year. Please leave it in the same condition as you find it. There are toys and a plethora of board games - all should be returned to their original places and we ask parents to please supervise their children. Towels, if used must be laundered in hot water and returned to where they were found. Tan towels in upstairs and blue in 1st floor bathroom vanities. If you are able to bring your own towels … it might be easier. We have a brand new oven, if baking or using the oven please clean any spillage or drippage. We have two trash cans in the kitchen. One for garbage and one for recycling - both and any garbage in the bathrooms, bedrooms or refrigerator need to be removed and placed in the dumpsters at the entrance of Lakeland Village. We also have a brand new gas Weber Grill out back with a cover. If you use the grill, please make sure that the gas is turned off, the grill is cleaned and allowed to cool before the cover is replaced. If you use all of the toilet paper or paper towels during your stay - please replace. We have a pot of herbs on the back porch and a patch of wild mint out back … please feel free to enjoy all. 🪴 We hope you have a wonderful time in Quechee … it is a magical place!
