Located at the end of a street on the water, but still in the historic district offering convenience and privacy. A short stroll to everything Chestertown has to offer. Off street parking. Kayaks or canoe available with notice or bring your own. Enjoy coffee and sunrise from deck or Adirondacks. NO CLEANING FEE! The space The entire third floor of waterfront home with private deck. King size bed with more closet space than you could need. Well equipped kitchen with four burner range oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster oven, microwave and ten cup drip coffee maker. Full bathroom with shower/tub combination. There is a small desk and chair for working but it is not a private room. Fiber WIFI. We offer complimentary Netflix, Prime Video, and FireTV applications on the television. Please note that there is no cable or over the air TV. You will not be able to get Football on TV other than the Thursday game on Prime. You will want to get up early to enjoy the sunrise. Guest access The entire third floor. The home was used as an apartment building at one time so access to the third floor is a common interior access stairwell that does not go through rest of home so you can come and go as you please. This is the only rental in home. There are no other outside guests. Just our family. Guests are welcome to use the Adirondack chairs on the small waterfront patio intended to capture the expansive views. While we do not have any electrical access in parking area of home, EV owners have a charging station available just up by the end of street within a four minute walk. Other things to note Please note that we have no cleaning fee and a 1PM check-in and Noon check-out. We block the day prior and day of departure so you can have a worry-free stay. This is a 115-year-old home and that is part of its charm. You may see a settlement crack in the plaster or other imperfections that may remind you it is an older home. It is clean and does have fresh paint throughout, but please keep in mind that it is not a new home or completely remodeled if that is your preference.
