Attached to the backside of the barn, this original living quarters for the hired hands will give you a taste of what it is like to manage a barn. Guest access Guests have access to their single room cabin with attached private bathrooms, grill or fire pit upon request. Guests are welcomed to stroll through the property to see horses and goats, we just ask that closed gates and doors are not opened without prior approval. Patio chairs, picnic tables are available for relaxing outside. Other things to note PLEASE READ: This property serves multiple purposes including horse training, boarding, and riding lessons, and is surrounded by pastures and creeks/ponds. We do everything we can to mitigate and prevent insects, spiders, etc., and smells that naturally come with livestock but nature is nature and can be out of our control at times. PARKING: We are more than happy to accommodate large vehicles, trailers, or guests traveling in multiple vehicles. We have plenty of space to accommodate whatever vehicle you may be traveling in. SUMMER GUESTS: Piedmont, SD goes above and beyond for their celebration of Fourth of July. You can expect a parade the morning of the 4th that people from all around come to participate in and watch. You will also have a front row seat to our communities fireworks show as the fireworks are shot from directly across the street from your cabin.
