The cabin is in a neighborhood with redwood trees, wildlife such as turkeys, coyotes, raccoons and skunks. I open and share my home for a minimum 30 day stay or more needed by someone who a visiting professional, or someone needing temp housing. I have a 12 year old very sweet pug. I am retired and travel frequently. The space This space is great for someone moving into the area to work, UCSC student needing temp housing, or a visiting nurse or professional that would like to be in a redwood forest area, yet close to Santa Cruz beaches and numerous hiking trails. Guest access You will have private bedroom with its own access, private bathroom with tub, front and backyard deck to enjoy watching squirrels, birds and wild turkeys. Other things to note With the increasing PGE shut offs due to weather or fire protection, we do have a small generator to run limited devices such as the wifi router (if Xfinity is still working) and the refrigerator for a few hours in the day. The power can be out for 1-3 days or more so if you work remotely, you will need to go into town or a coffee shop for wifi access.
