The main living area is thoughtfully decorated with comfortable furnishings. Gather in the dining space or well equipped kitchen as you cook up your favorite meals. You have 2 guest rooms to choose from, the comfortable primary bedroom with ensuite is on the main level and upstairs is a loft bedroom with ensuite as well.There is no doubt that you will spend most of your time enjoying the outdoors, boasting two levels of covered deck and a screened-in portion, there is not a bad spot to take in the views of the mountains and the lake. However, Lake Fontana is dropped significantly beginning the end of Sept through April. The lowering will take time and water will continue to be under the dock for a period of time, but all based on weather. When the dock is on dry land you can walk down to the water or head over to Princes’ Boat dock, just around the corner for lake/boating options in the winter! There is plenty of water in the lake overall and great for fishing in the winter! - There is an air mattress with linens in the loft - We provide linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - Internet Speed: Download - 25Mbps Upload - 5Mbps - 2 night minimum throughout the year and a 3 night minimum is required for all holidays - Cleaning fee: $185 ** - We openly share & clearly post our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
