The place situated on the fifth floor of the courtyard house with windows facing away from street. The apartment is accessible by climbing stairs, no elevator provided in this historic building. Other things to note 1)If the apartment doesn't meet your cleanliness or safety standards upon arrival, please inform me within 2 hours. 2) Temperatures in Riga from June to September can reach up to 35 degrees Celsius in city center, where fixed aircon installation is difficult in apartments, we provide portable aircon for guest convenience, but be aware they may be louder than split systems. To ensure a peaceful night's sleep, please use the air conditioner before bed and turn it off during the night. 3)We value your comfort and request that you handle the apartment with care and respect during your stay. 4) A new cigarette, weed, vape and e-cigarette detector with recording feature has been installed in the apartment. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited within apartment, including near windows and in the stairway. Breaking law, which includes smoking inside the apartment with detected evidence (recorded to cloud) will result in a 500 EUR penalty along with additional expenses, and potential prosecution by police for an administrative penalty and monetary fine.
