Welcome to our beach house in the beautiful Half Moon Bay! Our 2 story home is located in the family-friendly Alsace Lorraine neighborhood, it's perfect for a memorable family vacation. It's 1 block from the scenic coastal bluff trail & Half Moon Bay State Beach. Downtown is a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops & cafes or simply chill on the beach & watch grey whales or dolphins. Each bedroom also has an office desk to make our home an ideal location for working remote. The space Our home is perfect for family vacations, the house has a spacious open floor plan with all the rooms well-sized and bright. The entire house has been recently remodeled, with brand new hardwood floors and carpet, fresh new paint, new furniture, and home decors. Downstairs have living, family and game rooms, as well as formal dining room and a large kitchen with breakfast nook, and a full bathroom with shower. The living room has a TV with Cable service. Since we use this home as our own family weekend vacation home, the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, plates and bowls, and chef essentials. You are welcome to use any condiments and spices. In the game room, there is a pool table, a tornado brand Foosball table, coffee table classic arcade machine (1000+ games), plus we have all the usual board games (Monopoly, Scrabble, Chess, Checkers...), that make this home perfect for family fun time after a day on the beach. Upstairs is the master bedroom, 2 large guest bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. Guest bedroom #1 has a Cal-King and a single bed. Guest bedroom #2 has 2 bunkbeds, Guest bedroom #3 has a Queen bed and another bunk bed. Each bunk bed consists of 2 twin sized beds that can sleep adults comfortably, although these bunks are an absolute favorite for kids and teenagers. We've found this to be a perfect setup for multiple families with children or a multi-generationally family vacation by the beach! Each bedroom has an office table, chair and everything needed for remote working, the living room is also kitted out with an elegant reading/writing table. Note that the Ocean View is from the front yard, not from the main house. Guest access All rooms in the main house are accessible to guests, with the exception of the 1 room (4th bedroom), this is marked as private and used for storage, it is the bedroom above the garage. The backyard shed is also not accessible to guests, which is also marked with a private sign.
