The living room is the perfect place to unwind on the spacious sectional couch in front of a 65" flat screen tv. Alternatively, cozy up to a book on the other end of the room, on one of two comfortable recliners. Just beyond the living area is a wonderful 4 season sunroom with continued views of the yard and quiet neighborhood. It is our favorite place to sit and watch the fall foliage come in. Our sunroom has a small dining table with 4 chairs, lounge area and of course a 65" flat screen tv. Card sets and some of our favorite board games can be found in this room. The home has 3 private bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, full walk in closet and private bathroom with a full shower. There is an access door to the outdoor patio area from the master bedroom. Of the two remaining bedrooms, one is complete with a queen size bed, full closet and a desk with chair. The other is home to two twin size sleep by number beds and additional closet space. The second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located in the hallway that leads from the kitchen/living room area back to the 3 bedrooms. There are two main outdoor spaces to enjoy: One includes the front porch that houses four chairs to sit, relax and take in the fresh country air while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The second is the outdoor grilling area complete with 4 large Adirondack chairs and is located right off of the 4 season sunroom. The entire house is surrounded by a spacious backyard, which is well groomed and makes for a great place to enjoy some outdoor time. Above the garage door is a basketball hoop as well. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property including the front porch, outdoor area with grill and Adirondack chairs plus full use of the the 2 car garage.
