The train station is an easy 7 minute walk from the house. Completely nonsmoking, nonvaping property, inside and outside. Please do not book if you smoke or vape. The space Great place for working individuals who need to be close to downtown, airport, grocery stores, and restaurants. We are the second to last house on the street. The street dead ends into the creek and the creek continues behind our house. You'll have complete privacy in your bungalow basement apartment with 5 stairs down to your separate French door entrance in the backyard. The remaining 2 floors above you are rented to airline professionals who are based at the PHL airport who live out of state and are only here before or after trips or while on call. Very well-kept yard and quiet neighbors. Almost all appliances are new, and the room has a beachy modern feel. The entire apartment has large ceramic tile. The bathroom has a stand-up shower with great water pressure. Kitchen is equipped with full size gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, apartment size fridge, and ice maker. Enough counter space for prepping meals and storage cabinets. There is also a full size LG washer and dryer tower with wifi abilities and plenty of laundry supplies. The door at the top of the basement stairs is kept locked from both sides. The area is completely safe. Excellent Wifi connection and DirectTV, NetFlix, and Amazon Prime. You won’t need your passwords for these. Guest access Only item shared is the patio. It has a shared Weber grill with the other Airbnb apartment next door which usually has a long-term tenant. There is a lounge chair on the patio. It gives a nice, shaded area to relax. Other things to note It is fine for 2 guests to book but recommend just one car for long term stays.
