Located just steps away from the water, this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Wake up to the sound of the loons and enjoy your morning coffee on the enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Located just a short drive from downtown Oakland and Waterville, you can easily explore the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Or head to nearby Belgrade Lakes for even more outdoor activities and adventures, but we recommend spending all your time at camp! The space Inside, the cabin is well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and modern decor. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and two coffee makers. Both bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements with one queen bed in the downstairs bedroom and one full bed and three twin beds in the upstairs bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and all the amenities you need to freshen up after a day on the water. Outside, you can enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. The lake is known for its great bass and trout fishing, so be sure to bring your fishing gear! We provide a canoe and three kayaks for your use, or you can bring your own boat and launch it from the public boat ramp just down the road. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows while enjoying the peaceful sounds of the lake. Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note The beach area is shared among the homeowners on the private estate, so please note that members of the HOA can use this waterfront. We do not have a private dock or mooring, but the public boat landing is less than a mile away and there is space to park a boat trailer in the driveway.
