You are in the countryside with us and still in the middle of it: 2 km from the lake, 3 km from the old town of Rapperswil and the castle, children's zoo and other attractions. You can also use the public transport, because a bus stop is located less than 200m away from the house. The chalet, the fish pond and nature make you feel... just comfortable in the chalet. The space The 70-year-old house is furnished and maintained with love down to the last detail. However, the charm of the chalet with its wooden floors and rugs is still preserved. The surroundings of the chalet can also be seen. So you have a seat at the fish pond, at the pergola (with barbecue) or on the large balcony. Attached on one side is another apartment. In the house there are 4 bedrooms, 3 double and a room with a bunk bed. You will also find an open living room with dining area, fireplace and kitchen. ... easy to feel good! Guest access We will not host any additional guests except you in the chalet. So you can come alone or up to 8 people. Only you will live in the chalet. You will have your own kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with shower/bath. And of course the corresponding number of bedrooms you book. You can also use the garage and the washing machine/tumble dryer (for a fee) in the basement. You will also find the service room in the basement. Please put garbage and bottles separately here. We'll take care of the disposal for you. You can access the chalet through the garage via basement or through the main entrance on the street. Notice that the entrance is also used by another apartment. Immediately, however, you will see the door to the chalet and now you are in your sole area. You can reach the cloakroom via the stairs and on this floor you will also find the living room, the bathroom and one bedroom, as well as a cot in the bedroom. On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms and a separate toilet with lavabo. Other things to note In front of the house, goldfish roam in a pond. Enjoy the wild Alpina and be inspired by your own little "lake". Please do not bathe in it. You will also find a fireplace grill at the pergola. You can barbecue. We are happy to get you a box full of wood for a fee or tell you where you can get it. Respect the night, please. Be aware that it has neighbors all around and the quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 am - 6:30 am. So please do no noise after 10pm.
