Located directly on Diamond Lake, you have water access and a pier just steps away from the back door to enjoy fishing and swimming on this 1,078 acre all-sports lake. The space We recently remodeled our house with fresh paint, as well as new flooring. New countertops installed July 2022. Beautiful large deck for outdoor dining, bonfires, and lounging by the water. This house holds 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths (including a primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom). 5 Bedrooms upstairs/1 Bedroom on main floor. Family friendly with plenty of space for multiple families to stay comfortably. Includes washer and dryer. Amenities: High-speed internet and WiFi Smart TV Filtered water Whirlpool tub in Master Natural Gas Grill Boat Dock- can launch your own boat at the public access site nearby or rent from Park Shore Marina 1 block from the house. Only one boat allowed to be docked at our pier. There's a lot to do on Diamond Lake in any season! In the summer, you can enjoy the lake- our house is one block away from the Park Shore Marina where you can rent kayaks, paddleboards, speed boats, jet skis, etc Bring your bikes for a ride around the lake or your clubs for a round of golf (Diamond Lake Golf Course is 6 blocks away). The house is very close to the sand bar where there is always a crowd for a fun day with music, etc. It's beautiful in the fall as well- just a 1/2 hr to Notre Dame for football season/activities on campus. Also, close to the amazing wine country of Southwest Michigan. In the winter, enjoy skiing or snowboarding only 20 minutes away at Swiss Valley ski resort. The Cass County snowmobile trail system is only a couple miles away, as well. 3 Night Minimum in Winter months. Weekly rentals only in Summer months. Check-in at 4:00 pm. Check-out at 10:00 am. Other things to note We have a wonderful lake community on Diamond Lake- we love and respect our neighbors! Out of consideration for them and to make sure we keep the noise level at a reasonable decibel, under no circumstances are additional guests allowed over the original number of guests reported at the time of booking. Our house sleeps 14 and that is the maximum amount of people that should be on the property at all times. If we find that additional guests are on the property, Airbnb will be contacted and fines will be enforced. **Also, if a boat will be rented or brought to be docked at our home, only one boat will be allowed. Our pier is not meant to hold more than one boat. In addition, we will require a $250 docking fee. Our pier and dock take on major wear and tear during the rental season and this helps offset the maintenance/damage that occurs with anchoring to the pier.
