The space There are a total of 5 bedrooms - 3 downstairs and 2 upstairs - and two additional sleeping areas known as the "cozy corner" and "the nook." Two of the downstairs bedrooms have en suite half bathrooms (toilet and sink) and the third bedroom is en suite to the communal master bath (also accessible from communal areas) is newly remodeled with a walk in shower and bathtub. There is an additional full sized, newly remodeled bathroom upstairs with double sink, water closet and walk in shower w/ hand held option that is shared. All bedrooms have queen beds. The "cozy corner" is a queen bed tucked away near the top of the stairs with a window, night stand and dresser. "The Nook" has one full sized bed and one wide twin with ample shelving space for storage. There is a pack n play/travel crib available upstairs in the bedroom closet. Plenty of beach and bath towels are provided. Extra linens are stored in the closet downstairs between the front two bedrooms. Boogie boards, tennis/pickle equipment, beach bags, beach wagon and two beach chairs available for use. Wetsuit hanger outside along with outdoor shower for de-sanding after an active beach outing.
