Welcome to Griffin Place! A cozy private bedroom where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while being centrally located to several colleges/universities, shopping, great restaurants and so much more! Take some time to relax on the porch with your coffee listening to the birds or enjoy a night under the stars in the stylishly lit and enchanting backyard! The space Within the bedroom, you'll find a cozy full size bed for 2 with 4 pillows. There are extra blankets and towels in the closet designated for the guests. There is plenty of room for your clothes and belongings in both the closet and the dresser. Also in the closet is an iron and ironing board which you're welcome to use. You'll find accessible outlets for charging. The room has its own lock so you can rest assured everything is safe. Enjoy the full size, and well stocked kitchen. Feel free to cook with the provided pots, pans, dishes, silverware, spices, and more. There will be a shelf in the fridge and pantry designated for your use! There's a dishwasher for your use as well. The dining room and the porch each have dining space you're welcome to use. The backyard has a seating area that is well lit and whimsical. There's lots of room for yard games. Guests are more than welcome to enjoy this space. The living room features a couch with 2 recliners on either end. The TV is 50" and has Netflix, Hulu, Prime, HBOMax, and Disney+. Washer and Dryer are on site, in the unit and can be used for free. Guest access You'll have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, porch and backyard. All are shared spaces. I live on the top floor and sometimes use these spaces but I don't spend much of my time at home. If I'm there, relaxing, you're welcome to join! During your stay I live on site but aim to give you privacy!
