The space Room #4 is a beautiful spacious room inside a stylish house in Tacoma, WA. It shares a private attached full bathroom and shares living areas with other guests. Within the kitchen and laundry areas there are designated private cabinets/drawers provided to each room to give our guests as much privacy as possible. This home is newly renovated, professionally decorated, and designed with your comfort in mind. No expenses were spared to make each room the perfect home away from home. The house features 2 levels: on the main level there are three bedrooms with a shared large bathroom, and one bedroom with a private bath; and a studio apartment in the basement level. This room is located on the main level. The reservation comes with one free parking on the property. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the room #4 bedroom, the attached private bathroom, and the shared kitchen/living spaces. In The Bedroom: queen size bed, walk-in closet, desk and chair, loveseat and coffee table, portable air conditioner, blackout curtains, smart TV, mini-fridge, and Keurig! The Private Attached Bathroom: new construction with tub and shower combo, single sink vanity, very spacious! In the shared spaces: Shared Laundry: New washer and dryer, iron with ironing board, designated storage space per room for your supplies. Shared Kitchen : full size kitchen fully equipped with the essentials, microwave, convection oven, range with oven, full size fridge, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, dining table, and designated cabinet space per room for your pantry items. Shared Living Room: comes with comfort seating space and a smart TV. Access to the house and to each room is secure with keypad entry. Each guest has a separate code for safety. All locks auto lock after opening to insure security. Complimentary WiFi and biweekly cleaning of shared spaces included! During your stay Owner does not live in the house. All other rooms are also rented out to traveling guests. Owner does stop by during room resets, maintenance, or to show the house to new potential guests. Owner can be reached anytime through airbnb messaging, text/call on cellphone. Other things to note The basement level until is also a rental and may have pets in it. Pets are not allowed upstairs and the basement residents are required to keep the pets downstairs at all times. Basement level residents may come upstairs to grab mail/delivered packages only.
