Woodstock, VT is quintessential New England in all seasons. The property is within walking distance of the village (great shopping, restaurants, etc) but situated privately at the end of a long quiet driveway. It backs up to hundreds of acres of national park land. 30 minutes to Killington for 4-season recreation (25 to Skyeship gondola), 10 minutes to Saskadena 6, 35 minutes to Okemo, 5 minutes to XC ski trails at Peg. Amazing gravel riding, river swimming and mt biking are at our doorstep. The space The house has been recently remodeled. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms accommodating 8 people. The kitchen is well-stocked. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house including the unfinished basement which doubles also as mudroom, sports closet, and rec room. Other things to note We offer fans in all bedrooms and a mobile AC unit in one of the bedrooms. Heat is controlled by Nest. We are at the base of Mt Tom with access to the trails via a brisk hike. We also have a fire pit out back and wood. Recently we added a level two EV charger for guest use. Note: we do not charge a resort or any additional fees that what is listed.
