Casa Los Cardales is an ideal place for those looking for an experience of rest, nature and enjoyment. With spectacular views, private pool and surrounded by mountain landscapes, it is located in Punto Claro, an exclusive enclosed 150 ha property on the shores of Lake Los Molinos, in the Calamuchita Valley. Our house is the perfect place for families, couples or friends who want to enjoy the crystal-clear rivers and the tranquility that characterizes the area. The space Casa Los Cardales is a loft style home, bright and cozy, designed to enjoy a comfortable and functional atmosphere. - In the heart of the house is a spacious living room, perfect space for our guests to share unforgettable moments. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped. - The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the park. -On the ground floor, adjacent to the main space, there is a space with two twin beds and a second bathroom, providing comfort to all guests. -On the upper floor, you will find a double bed with balcony towards the main environment of the house and access to an outdoor terrace, ideal for relaxing at sunset and enjoying the views. They are included: - Linens, towels and towels (no replacement during the stay) No pads for the pool are included. - Air conditioning -WiFi (the signal can be weak as the house is surrounded by mountain laces). -Smart TV - Private station for two vehicles All windows have mosquito nets for a comfortable stay in contact with nature. You can also enjoy a large gallery equipped with grill and Chilean wood-burning oven, perfect for preparing meals outdoors. (wood is not included in the cost of booking) Within the property of Punto Claro is the Posada Luna Rossa which can be visited and appreciated from its gardens the beautiful view of Lake Los Molinos. You can also take a hike to the boat descent from where you can observe the sunset overlooking the Lake. For wine lovers, 1km away is Finca Furfaro whose boutique winery and vineyards can be visited. Other things to note Nearby places: - 10 min by car is Villa Ciudad Parque, a town that has small shops, pantries, and restaurants. - Los Reartes is a 15-minute drive away, a historic village to explore. In addition to the beautiful Rio that surrounds it, ideal for bathing in summer, - Villa Gral Belgrano 20 min, is the largest and most touristic villa in the area, with numerous shops and gastronomic offer. - La Cumbrecita that is a 50-minute drive.
