Shared full bathroom, kitchen, one shelf for use in kitchen fridge, use of micro, toaster, blender, coffee. No stove/oven cooking. Bedroom has dresser, 2 windows. Use of sunset facing front deck. Outside shower (see photo) & hose for sandy toes. Can store your kayak or bikes in back yard. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, blow dryer, towels and linens included. Beach bag, Beach towels and 2 beach chairs provided May-Sept. *You are our guests, no cleaning or stripping bed required! We've got it! Just hang your wet towels, hose off sandy toes before entering home :o) Guest access 1 bedroom & shared spaces with owner; living room, kitchen, sunset facing deck seating. Access to ice and filtered water on fridge door (need bag of ice for a beach cooler? 2 blocks to Welsh Farms for ice bags & disposable coolers) Microwave, toaster oven, coffee or tea, Bullet blender, No cooking in oven or stove top available. Going out? enjoy yourself! no curfew, but quiet hours Sun-Th 10pm. Fri-Sat 11pm During your stay Host lives in the cottage and is available for your needs but respects your privacy. This is a shared home with a 9x12 bedroom for guests. We will run into each other, I'm friendly and enjoy company, but will not intrude just the same Other things to note Ferry to/from NYC: Seastreak 7min walk, absolutely beautiful ride, very scenic, bar and snacks aboard. You can take your bikes on the ferry. "Kranky Cycle" Bike rental 1 block away, rental includes lock. New Tennis, pickle ball & basketball courts a 1 minute walk.
