Tranquility awaits in our ocean view home. Enjoy beautiful ocean and mountain views from the living room, deck, kitchen and primary bedroom of this new, modern home. The beach is a brief 2-block walk away. Watch the surfs and hear the soothing ocean waves from the deck and from the interior. Hardwood floors throughout the home are warm and inviting, enhanced by the maple quilted or birdseye veneer walls. A modern gas fireplace adds that extra touch of coziness. MNA2022-00005 The space This is our home for most of the year. It was built in Dec 2020. What's so special about our home that can only be appreciated in person are the sounds of the ocean. The sunset and dusk views seem to change every day as you can see from just a few of the pictures posted. Depending on the season, you may see whales via the binocular provided in our home. If you are a bird watcher, then you will appreciate many migratory birds that fly by as well as local birds. Just about every day when it is not raining (and sometimes even when it is raining), you will see surfers riding the waves. If you like to join in on the surfs, we have a special promotion with Tommy Tsunami Surf School. There are short and extensive hiking trails along the coast and in the Montara Mountain within walking distance. We hope you will treat our humble home with care and enjoy it as much as we do! Please Note: There is a long-term tenant in the downstairs unit, but you'll likely never see or hear anything from them except perhaps when they leave or return via the garage. Guest access The garage and a couple of closets and cabinets are reserved for our storage, but the rest of the home is yours to use. Other things to note One off-street parking space is available. All beds are queen sized. Maximum of two visitors (non-registered guests) at any one time allowed without prior written approval.
