The space The condo is on the second floor, so you will have to go up stairs to get to the unit (22 steps one way, 16 the other). A detailed video tour will be provided before your check in. Guest access Washer and dryer is in shared space. Outdoor deck is also shared space. Other things to note First story tenant is a commercial space and is currently occupied by a restaurant. Exhaust fans for the kitchen are near the back deck and can smell like a restaurant when in operation. You cannot smell from in side the building. Parking spot is not suitable for larger vehicles. If you drive a truck or larger SUV please do not park in this dedicated spot and park on the steet. A larger vehicle makes the parking area unusable for other residents and I will get complaints from the housing association.
