Enjoy the good life with direct beach access, gorgeous sunsets & a panoramic water view. The space The home has 3 levels, all with water views. Main level kitchen is open to the dining area & living room with side bar. The living room walks out to the waterfront deck with BBQ grill, outdoor kitchen & hot tub. The main level has two bedrooms & a bathroom with shower/tub combo, entry room & laundry room. On the upper floor you’ll find a sitting room with wall to wall windows overlooking the water view, along with a recreation room with flatscreen TV, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, puzzles, board games, desk area & bathroom with shower. The lower level of the home hosts the master bedroom with king bed, en suite bathroom with shower & walk-in closet. The master walks out to a covered patio looking out at the view. Another bedroom sleeps up to 4 with attached bathroom with shower, as well as a sitting room & half bathroom/powder room. **The optional 5th bedroom is an additional $200 total per stay. It’s located on a mid-level between the main floor and the top floor. This bedroom would use the bathroom with shower on the top level, off the recreation room. Outside there is plenty of room to gather with two decks, a patio, charcoal grill, fire pits, grass lawns, hot tub, and a pickle ball court & basketball hoop in the driveway. Guest access The entire home and property are available to guests with the exception of the attached garage & the wine cellar, which are locked & off limits to guests. **The 5th bedroom / middle floor room above the garage is only available by request for an additional fee of $200 total per stay. The code to the 5th bedroom will be provided after guest accepts the request for the additional fee.** The hot tub is available for guest use. One kayak, one canoe, two SUP & fishing poles are available for guest use. Guests are welcome to collect shellfish on the beach directly in front of the home. Do not dig anything from neighboring beaches. Please ONLY use the beach directly in front of the home. Stay off neighboring property beaches except to walk down the beach. Do not loiter or collect anything from neighboring beaches. Other things to note Our water view looks out over a salt water inlet where the tides typically come in and out twice per day. The tide never goes fully out, so we never lose the water view. The property is located on low bank waterfront, with direct access to the beach from the property. Parking is available for up to 4 cars. There is NO street parking. There are exterior cameras monitoring the front of the home, the entry door & driveway. There are no cameras inside the house & no cameras pointing at the patio or hot tub areas. Please remove shoes in the house. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY & you must collect & dispose of cigarette butts in a safe manner. The property is gated at the highway but is not fully fenced. It is fenced in 3 sides but is open on the water side. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS LISTING! The number of guests in the reservation is the maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time, not just overnight. No parties or events are allowed and no additional guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. The person making the reservation must be 26 years old or above. We require the names and ages of everyone who will be on the property. We reserve the right to decline reservations based on a guest having no reviews, or negative past reviews/low star rating. We require a liability waiver to be signed in order to use the kayaks, SUP & life jackets. We provide life jackets in the following sizes.
