Enjoy this unique and spacious property less than 2 miles from Rutgers campus! Our home is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood that is very walkable and has many parks nearby! This space has its own private entrance in our fenced-in backyard where stairs will lead you into your own home away from home! Guests have access to the shared backyard where you can enjoy relaxing, grilling, or enjoying the fire pit! The space 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen living room, desk, laundry access Guest access Guests will have access to the basement of this home with a private entrance. Other things to note Our laundry space is shared but a schedule is provided in the laundry room. The schedule indicates which days the owners will use the laundry and which days the guests will have access to the laundry room. Other than the owner's doing their laundry, guests will be notified if any maintenance of the apartment needs to be done. The owners have a two dogs that live upstairs and spend some time in the shared backyard each day. They are not permitted to be in the apartment. If guests do not wish to be outside at the same time as the dogs, this can be arranged with the owners. Additionally, if guest would like to spend intentional time playing with the dogs, this can also be arranged with the owners. The basement area/apartment does not have its own thermostat. The owners do their best to manage the temperature in both level of the home appropriately, but are willing to adjust according to the desires of the guests.
