This property is in a family-friendly neighborhood of North Potomac. This listing is for a spacious private bedroom on the 2nd floor. The space The room has a queen bed with plenty of pillows, a 44" TV, and a desk for those who need to work from the space. Plenty of storage space in the closet and dresser. In-unit AC is available during the summer months. Guests will use the dedicated hall bathroom used only by this room. Guest access Guests have access to common areas including Kitchen, Dining room, Living room, and backyard. The pool is not available for guests. Laundry Room access is available for multi-day guests or by request. Light use of the kitchen, long term guests can discuss arrangements for additional space/requests. (No deep frying, etc) During your stay I'm usually around to say hello but keep to myself unless you need assistance. I quickly respond to messages through the app during your stay. Other things to note There is a friendly french bulldog who rules the house named, Macaron (Mac). You will more than likely be greeted by him upon arrival.
