There is something for everyone in this lake escape property. Our space is perfect for family gatherings, corporate events, retreats, weddings, baby showers, and many more events! (Please inquire about hosting an event). This lake escape sits on 10 acres with a 5 min walk to your own private beach for swimming, fishing, kayaking and SUPS! The space Our home has a total of 3 stories: ~ Main level with kitchen, family room, dining room, laundry, and half bathroom, sunroom, and deck ~ Second Level with 4 total bedrooms. (1) Primary suite with 2 Queen beds with a full private bathroom (2) 1 Queen/1 Twin (3) 1 Queen/1 Twin (4) 1 King ~ Basement- pool table, full bathroom with stand up shower, walking out to the backyard with fire pit, grill, and hot tub. Every bedroom has a designated work area (desk and chair), charging station, dresser and/or hangers. UPDATE: 8/14/2022- Internet speed is approximately 60mbps due to trees growing and blocking some signal to the tower. We are working on improving this and installing fibers for high speed and reliable internet in the near future. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, beach area, 2-car garage. The pole barn and some storage closets in the property are locked off and prohibited for guest use. Other things to note Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage, pole barn, pantry closet, primary suite closet, and utility rooms. These rooms are used for storage of supplies so we can best serve our guests. **WATER** The house is supplied by well water- this means there is higher levels of iron/minerals than city water. We have a water softener to minimize these levels. We suggest not drinking this water. At the kitchen sink- there is a water dispenser that is filtered through a Reverse Osmosis system and the refrigerator has a pitcher that automatically refills and is filtered. If you prefer bottled water, we suggest picking up a few cases prior to your arrival. We provide the following lake amenities: (3) Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs) (1- inflatable and 2- hard shell) (2) kayaks (1) Pedal Boat (seats 4) (12) life vests (8 adults and 4 children) The kitchen is fully stocked with grilling tools, cooking, utensils, oils, seasonings, dinner ware, glassware, and silverware. GRILL: We provide a grill- there is 1 propane tank. Please keep in mind this is complimentary and we do not guarantee a full or unlimited propane. There are gas stations within 10 minutes to exchange/purchase a new tank. ACCESSING THE LAKE: Please refer to the photos after confirmation for details. There is a path for vehicle access to the lake- load your car with beverages, snacks, towels and enjoy the day at the lake. The lake is <2 minute drive and <8 minute by foot. The beach/dock area are private and designated for our property and guests. There is also a fire pit by the beach- if we have burning wood, you will find it near the fire pits. Fire wood can also be purchased at nearby convenience/hardware stores or the gas station. Please use the bucket and put the fire out with the lake water before returning to the house. EVENTS or SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please inquire directly with us regarding 1-2 night stays, events such as weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, and etc. There will be an additional fee and refundable damage deposit for events. Any unapproved events will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
