Please note: Madrona Pt Townhouse is nestled in a Cottage Community in a residential area. It has a basement apartment underneath. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 9 am. We welcome pets with a $50 pet fee per pet. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog and we will send a payment request. $50 pet fee. Any dog that has not been paid for is an automatic $250 fee. No smoking in the Townhome or anywhere in the Townhome community. 3 night min reservation, unless there is a shorter window only.
