Welcome to our renovated 1922 Bayfront area Home~ From our house you and your family will be: A block from Bayview Park and Pontiac Field. 4-Minute drive to Gannon University & Erie Convention Center 5-Minute drive to Bayfront Convention Center 10-Minute drive to Millcreek Mall, Mercyhurst University, Presque Isle State Park, Erie Zoo, Splash Lagoon, Waldameer & Waterworld 15-Minute drive to Erie Airport & Penn State Behrend 25-Minute drive to Edinboro University #chavesfamilylakehouse The space Our Lake Erie Bayview Area home was renovated from top to bottom in 2022. Our house is a home and not a hotel; it is a place to cook and share meals around a table and separate spaces to sleep but still keep everyone together under the same roof, pups are welcomed. Our kids are wrestlers at Gannon University and this is where we stay when we come up to watch them wrestle or just to visit them for a weekend. We personally enjoy walking our dogs or just walking to get our steps when we're in town. There are AC window units in the 3 bedrooms. Full Kitchen, laundry, and more! The Bathroom is located on the 2nd floor. The yard is partially fenced (we are working on fully fencing the yard) 1 55” TV located in the living room. Our neighborhood is a diverse and well established with neighbors that have lived in their homes for years. #chavesfamilylakehouse Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire house, except the basement. Other things to note Yard chairs for outside hang outs stored in the laundry room. Beach towels for the warm months provided and stored in the laundry room. The 3 bedrooms have AC window units installed during the warm summer months. Salt and snow shovel left out during the cold months. Yard maintenance does come once a week Mid May - First week of September. Prior to this yard maintenance can be sporadic.
