Two rooms have queen size bed and 1 master bedroom with a super king size . Each room has appointed toilet and bath with basic amenities provided. The high ceiling living room with comfy sofas and smart tv is a perfect place to hang out. The swimming pool simply adds the perfect venue to chill and swim and have barbecue. The dining area accommodates a maximum of 12 pax. The table and chairs are made of solid narra wood from the Philippines and the chandelier is from mother of pearl. The kitchen offers ample views of the hills and the pool side with all the natural light coming in through the windows . The hill is perfect for a slow climb or brisk hike with a gazebo to rest for a while as one enjoys the view from below . Guest access Guests has access to the whole villa except the baking kitchen which I use as my personal space During your stay I don’t live in the villa as I have my residence in Gadong area . The entire villa is my staycation property and am happily sharing it to anyone who values privacy and quality time with family and friends . I welcome the guests myself if I can otherwise , I can send my staff in my behalf . Concerns during your stay maybe directly addressed to me so it can be readily answered . However , late night calls may not be heard and reply can be only given to messages sent. Other things to note WIFI network and password will be revealed on this airbnb page once your booking is confirmed. Please check back here to get internet access. The whole Villa can accommodate 8 people per night per booking only. That's 2 persons per room (x3 rooms), plus 2 persons using the single and pullover bed in the living room with pillows and blankets provided upon request . Note : strictly guests are not allowed to sleep on the sofas and not allowed to use extra linens and towels without prior permission from me. If a guest does , charges will be imposed for dry cleaning . If guests leave the villa dirty with dishes unwashed , I will charge the guests a minimum of $B50 plus plus depending on the amount of massive work we do. As most of the guests do barbecue , party , with props and confettis , any single trash scattered around should be cleaned up. It should not be in the swimming pool either otherwise , another charges for the pool clean up will be added to the cost . Additional charge per visitor (per entry): 0-5 yrs old = Free 6-10 yrs old = $10 usd 11-adults = $15 usd Any special request can be arranged with me after booking. Please message me to clarify.
